A guided morning meditation session held Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 08:40 in the Grand Conference Room of Songtsam Lodge Bome. Settle the mind before a day among the glaciers, lakes and ancient spruce forests of Bome, drawing on the contemplative spirit of the lodge's Tibetan Buddhist surroundings. With Guxiang Lake and the snow peaks just beyond the windows, it is a quiet way to begin the day in tune with the valley. The session is free of charge and open to groups of up to 20 guests.
