Tibetan incense is woven into daily life and ritual across the plateau, hand-blended from highland herbs, resins and fragrant woods and burned as an offering and a way to settle the mind. In this hands-on workshop, fragrance gathers at your fingertips and peace in your heart as you grind, blend and shape your own incense under guidance in the meditation room at Songtsam Basomtso Linka.
