Himalayan Aromatherapy Sleep Meditation at Linka Basomtso

At over 3,500 m beside Basong Tso, the thin, oxygen-light air can make restful sleep elusive, and this guided session is designed to ease body and mind into the altitude. Drawing on the idea that life exists only in the clarity of each breath and moment, the practice pairs slow, attentive breathing with Himalayan aromatherapy to calm the nervous system and prepare you for deep rest. Sessions run 20:30-21:30 in the meditation room at Songtsam Basomtso Linka; minimum 2, maximum 12 participants. Please book in advance.
