Himalaya-lineage Meditation at Songtsam Lijiang

Begin your day with an early-morning meditation session (8:00-9:00) at Songtsam Lodge Lijiang, practised in the Himalayan lineage that runs through Songtsam's Tibetan roots. A trained guide leads you in settling the breath and quieting the mind, drawing on contemplative traditions long carried along the cultural corridor between Tibet and the Naxi valleys. Starting the day with a peaceful, centred mind, you set off to explore the Lijiang basin and its ancient town renewed rather than rushed. Minimum 2 participants.
