Coffee Workshop at Songtsam Padma Pu'er

Pu'er is the home of Chinese coffee, growing the beans behind much of the country's specialty crop, and the hotel sits beside the Yunnan Coffee Exchange Center — the nation's largest coffee trading hub and home to Asia's largest specialty-coffee quality-control center. In this hands-on workshop at Songtsam Padma Pu'er Hotel the coffee team takes you from bean to cup, tasting the local terroir along the way. Sessions run at 10:00 and 15:00. CNY 399 per person, or CNY 499 for one adult and one child together; minimum two people, maximum six participants. Reserve at the hotel front desk at least one day in advance.
